Skill Development
After the assessment and evaluation of the
hearing and vision impaired children, they were given necessary
training for personal grooming, mobility and speech. Trades that
could be carried out by them were identified and after task analysis
of each skill, they were given skill training viz. tailors and
vegetable vending in the local area. Same clients were also sent
to learn T.V. mechanism and cane work in vocational rehabilitation
centre.
