Enabling Environment



To practice new set of behaviours among different thematic groups healthy atmosphere is created with support of community members.

Formation of health committees for slum programmes, halt point committees for truckers, adda committees for street children etc are strongly developed to support the programme activities.

Parallel force of peer educators from the community supporting project activities is a strong backup force. Total 198 peer educators supporting programme activities in all thematic areas.

Community health workers appointed from the community itself are a large member of grass root level staff who implement project activities and are very active at 1st level of work i.e. direct contact with community.

Networking with other NGO's and active social groups for welfare of communities is also a large force who works on different issues in geographical area supporting each other.
