SIDUR main aim is to empower the women who are downtrodden. Most of the women in the slums are illiterate, or have very low education. SIDUR gives skill training to them on different vocations and also place them in jobs. Apart from this communication skills is given to them to empower them. They are also given awareness on women rights, vote rights, etc.
