Women in the slum suffer a lot for need of water.
They have to walk 4km. to collect water or wait for the tanker.
And when tanker comes there is a long war to collect 4 pots of
water a family. SIDUR worked on this and provided nearly 2000
individual water connections to the slum people. This programme
was very much appreciated by the community. |
